Additional information may be provided as pick up time, special requirements, based on group size, date of travel and availability, special rates and other conditions may apply. The pickup and drop off service from all Miami Beach Hotels on Collins Ave south of 81st street is included in the price of the activity. Due to the fact that there are many hotel chains on the beach, at the time of booking COMPANY. requires to have the address and complete name of the hotel. After the reservation is placed the re-confirmation must be received 24 hours in advance by email at EMAIL ADDRESS or calling our offices at PHONE NUMBER.
PRICING & PAYMENT
All the prices are published on our web page and/or our brochures, the prices are listed in US Dollars per person and are subject to change at any time. Special rates and conditions may apply in Black-Out Dates: New Year, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas days and any other Holiday listed in the USA calendar. Any activity with COMPANY is subject to prepaid conditions, type of payments like E-Tickets, Vouchers, Credit Card, Cash and Travelers Checks are accepted as a payment. You shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of your use of this Web site, and, without limitation, you shall be responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of transactions performed by COMPANY on your behalf, whether or not such uses were performed with your consent.
TOUR CONFIRMATION AND HOTEL PICKUP
All customers that have purchased a ticket for our tours must confirm their reservation and hotel pickup time within 24 hours prior to the contracted service date. Customers must email their confirmation to EMAIL ADDRESS or call the COMPANY main phone line at PHONE and confirm their reservation. Customers will be given an approximate scheduled pick up time from their hotel lobby.
Hotel pick up will be scheduled form hotels located on Miami Beach south of 81st Street and Collins Avenue.
CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOW
In order to avoid any cancellation fee, 100% penalty, Cancellations must be made 2 weeks prior to contracted service and every customer is responsible for his/her own cancellation; the customer must call our customer service line at PHONE or via email at EMAIL ADDRESS. Cancellations done 2 weeks prior to contracted service will incur a cancellation fee equal to fifty percent (50%) of the whole contracted amount. The No-Show or cancellations made within 2 weeks of the contracted service date are subject to 100% penalty charge and no refund will apply to the customer.
If any information on the reservation is missing such as date of the tour, hotel of pick up etc. the customer is responsible to provide any missing information before the tour date otherwise the cancellation policy may apply on the reservation. The date, on which the cancellation notice is received by COMPANY, its agents will determine the applicable cancellation fee. It would be advisable to follow up with a phone call. We do not take any responsibility for cancellation fees resulting from mistakes, the weather, family emergencies, double booking or wrong dates or information.
FEE FOR CHANGING DATES AND/OR TIME:
$20 per reservation. This fee applies only to existing orders that Customer wishes to make date and/or time changes to. COMPANY will make every effort to accommodate a customer's request for a change in their itinerary, however, the change in service is not guaranteed.
NOTICES
COMPANY shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control including weather (Hurricane, Tropical Storm etc), road conditions and breakdowns. COMPANY reserves the right to substitute vehicle in the event the bus company for reasons beyond its control unable to perform under this agreement. COMPANY assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage or personal BELONGINGS or for any items left in the Bus. While every effort is made to ensure specified times are met, if the bus is late in excess due to unforeseen traffic, uncontrollable weather conditions (Hurricane, Tropical Storm etc), or other circumstances beyond our control, the customer will be informed about the situation of the tour.
ACCESS
Our Buses are not wheelchair accessible. If you intend to travel on our busses which have not been so designed or adapted, you must satisfy yourself as to its suitability before embarking. When traveling on any of our busses not adapted or designed for handicap access, if you use a wheelchair or need assistance to climb the stairs you must bring enough helpers to enable you to make your journey safely including getting on board the bus and leaving it at your destination.
Because our busses are not designed or adapted for wheelchair access it may not be possible for you to sit in a wheelchair, for reasons of safety, you may be asked to move from your wheelchair into a regular seat, in which case the wheelchair will be stowed in a safe place. Under no circumstances must wheelchairs obstruct any access to safety and life saving equipment, gangways, stairs or passageways. COMPANY shall not be liable for any circumstances beyond its control including injuries, accidents, damage, or hurt of any handicap passenger. PLEASE READ THIS INFORMATION CAREFULLY. LUGAGGE, BELONGINGS
For safety reasons, and for the comfort of passengers, we have to restrict the amount and type of luggage, including pushchairs and shopping trolleys, which you can take with you on our services. You may, at the discretion of the leader, take with you the following items, provided they do not obstruct access to safety and life saving equipment, gangways, stairs or passageways and are not put on seats: Personal small bags, Pushchairs Strollers.
ANIMALS ON BOARD:
Pets are not permitted in the vehicle, except guide dogs for people who are visually or hearing impaired or service animals specially trained to assist riders with disabilities. COMPANY recommends the passenger to inform, at the time of reservation, if any of the mentioned service animals are to be accompanying them, in order to prepare our tour bus in a way that provides a better service and comfort.
LOST PROPERTY
We deal with lost property in accordance with our lost property procedures, which are available for inspection on request. If you find any lost property on our busses, do not touch it but please alert the bus driver immediately.
If we think unattended property may be a security threat, the police or security services may be called to attend and the item(s) may be destroyed.
